Description

  • Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and financial statements.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making within the property sector.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimise cost management and profitability.
  • Manage and review financial controls and procedures to maintain accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist with audit preparations and liaise with external auditors as needed.
  • Support ad hoc financial projects and reporting requirements.

Profile

A successful Senior Management Accountant should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA or ACA).
  • Experience in management accounting, ideally within the property industry but not esseential.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of current accounting standards and regulations.
