Working Pattern Two days per week, or 40% of your time, working from one of our offices.

What you'll be doing
Driving control improvements through simplification and automation.
Championing ERMF compliance across the business units.
Coordinate risk and control assessments in partnership with Risk Owners (ROs) and Control Owners (COs).
Lead root cause analysis of operational risk events and ensure timely control remediation.
Provide assurance over supplier policy adherence and manage outsourcing notification processes.
Act as a senior point of contact for internal and external partners on control matters.
What you'll need
Background working in regulated environments within the Insurance space.
Experience in risk management and controls at a senior level.
Strong understanding of ERMF and operational risk frameworks.
Excellent partner management and communication skills.
Experience in process automation and control design.
Strong product understanding.
