We’re looking for our next Senior Manager, Growth Marketing. Could It Be You?
The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing role is critical in designing and executing top‑of‑funnel acquisition strategies for the future state bank entity, directly supporting our efforts to bring new banking products to the market. You’ll lead the acquisition roadmap, ensuring a seamless go‑to‑market strategy. Responsibilities include working with agencies on best‑in‑class creatives, managing campaign launches, pacing, and delivery to meet KPIs, and overseeing the bank website to optimize the user journey from ad exposure to conversion. You’ll also develop acquisition offer strategies, collaborating closely with the Insights & Analytics team and maintaining a holistic view of campaigns for cohesive customer experience.
In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and evolve the go‑to‑market acquisition strategy to ensure successful launches for our first banking products and all future feature rollouts.
- Designs strategies for growth and full‑funnel performance across all acquisition channels (i.e., SEO, search, paid media, referrals, website etc.).
- Develops acquisitions offer strategies to generate and convert leads.
- Define and implement a holistic strategy encompassing all paid channels for campaigns/product launches in the market, both offline and online.
- Creates briefs and works with agencies to deliver best‑in‑class creatives.
- Translate marketing and business goals into actionable media campaigns with a two‑pronged focus on brand building and lead acquisition.
- Align with the Product Marketing team on high‑priority audience segments and strategize how to reach them most effectively.
- Collaborate with Growth Media lead within each entity to ensure media best practices are managed at an enterprise level.
- Optimize channels to maximize allocation of marketing budget and drive efficiencies.
- Analyze campaign results across paid and organic channels and report on performance, actionable insights & learnings to all stakeholders on a timely basis.
- Manage the Media Budget and Media Plans to support decisions around tactics and budget allocation to drive acquisition.
- Monitor the competitive landscape, identify trends, formulate insights, and provide regular recommendations to drive continuous improvement in our acquisition efforts.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all objectives are being met and transparency is available for all current projects.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Defines, drives, and leverages data and analytics to optimize media performance across all acquisition channels.
- Monitor attribution and analytics, with a focus on business KPIs.
- Build the measurement strategy of media campaigns across relevant platforms and channels.
- Develop tagging specifications to support media measurement and optimization strategies.
Bank Website Ownership:
- Manage and oversee bank website, responsible for updating content and optimizing placements.
- Identify, test and learn initiatives to drive lead generation and enhance customer experience.
- Brief external and internal partners on technical requirements for the website.

- Have 8+ years of digital acquisition experience (platform media planning and buying experience is considered an asset).
- Have a clear understanding of all different acquisition channels and their role within the customer journey.
- Have experience in developing strategies for paid media campaigns which are a part of bigger multi‑channel initiatives.
- Have experience working with different reporting platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Amplitude).
- Have the ability to think strategically and drive solid results to grow the business.
- Have a strong data analytics and strategy background.
- Have the ability to identify, document and communicate insights and recommendations.
- Have hands on experience in digital marketing project management.
- Take ownership of tasks and drives projects through to completion.
- Are a reliable self‑starter with attention to detail and passion for quality.
- Have strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Have an insatiable curiosity and a constant drive to learn and improve.
- Are up to date with all emerging digital trends and issues.
- Have previous experience in financial services.
- Have experience working with platforms including Google and Meta (Microsoft Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360 experience is considered an asset).
- Have worked on large marketing accounts with multiple LOBs.
- Have Ad Operations Skills - tagging, troubleshooting, etc.
- Please note this role will be required to be in office3 daysa week.
