Job Purpose

The GTM Operations Team drives Unily’s revenue generation efforts by defining the GTM strategy and aligning the processes, tools, reporting and enablement plans across the end-to-end customer journey to maximize bookings and profitability while delivering exceptional customer value. Working cross-functionally, we strive to make best practice, common practice.

We’re looking for a high performer who is both strategic and hands-on to join our team and lead the operational backbone of our go-to-market motion. You will work closely with our sales leaders to drive consistency, predictability and effectiveness across the team through the execution and refinement of our operational cadences and best practices. You will support the analysis that drives our GTM strategy including capacity planning, territory mapping, pipeline modelling, compensation planning, and coverage modelling. You will work closely with your counterparts both in the GTM Operations team as well as the decentralized operational roles to ensure that every part of Unily’s revenue engine runs effectively.

The GTM Operations team leads critical decisions impacting Unily’s growth and this role is an excellent opportunity if you want to impact the direction of a fast-growth PE backed SaaS enterprise.
