Senior Manager GTM Specialist Infrastructure Migration and Modernisation, Worldwide Specialists Organisation (WWSO) at Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Infrastructure Migration and Modernisation in the EMEA region
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partners, Marketing, and Specialist teams to drive strategic initiatives
• Lead market expansion efforts by identifying and developing scalable adoption programs
• Translate customer insights into actionable strategies that inform product development and service enhancements
• Drive geographical growth through strategic external partnerships and targeted acquisition programs

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated experience in strategic business development
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong understanding of enterprise software products and technology architectures
• Extensive experience in go-to-market, sales, or consulting domains
• Deep expertise in migration workloads, particularly VMware and Windows environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven track record of building executive-level relationships
• Experience negotiating complex customer and partner agreements
• Technical background in engineering, computer science, or management information systems
• Recognized industry expertise in Enterprise Applications, Migrations, and Modernisations
• Demonstrated success in exceeding business targets through customer-centric approaches
