Senior Manager - Outbound Field Sales

We’re partnering with a high-growth SaaS business to hire a Senior Manager, Outbound Sales to lead and scale their proactive revenue engine across the UK. Reporting to the UK Regional Director, this is a senior leadership role with full ownership of the outbound strategy. You’ll be responsible for aligning people, process and data to drive new logo acquisition, expand key markets, and build a predictable, scalable revenue motion. You’ll lead a multi-tiered sales organisation spanning Field Managers, Field Account Executives and Strategic / Enterprise Account Executives, bringing together high‑velocity sales and complex enterprise motions into one cohesive outbound engine. What you’ll be doing:
Leading and developing a team of sales managers and senior individual contributors Designing and executing vertical‑specific outbound strategies, with a strong focus on Hospitality Identifying and winning high‑value competitive switch opportunities Building and optimising outbound motions including prospecting, social selling and ABM alignment Owning forecasting and revenue performance, using modern sales and revenue intelligence tools Acting as a strategic partner on must‑win deals, including executive‑level customer engagement Partnering with Marketing and Product to localise outbound messaging across UK
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience leading managers or complex sales teams in a B2B SaaS environment Strong operational and data‑driven sales leadership skills Solid commercial understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, LTV and CAC Ability to align multiple teams within a scalable outbound motion
