Overview
We have an exciting 12 month FTC opportunity for a Senior Manager - People Operations at 9fin. You will join the People team and partner with the Head of People and Directors to create a seamless employee experience across our growing, multi-jurisdictional workforce.
9fin is expanding rapidly and aims to build robust people operations to support hyper-growth while maintaining a best-in-class employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Continuously improve onboarding/offboarding processes to reflect a positive candidate and employee experience, optimise workflows, enable cross-functional collaboration, and enhance the employee journey.
- HR Tech Stack: Own and optimise the HR technology stack (HiBob, Lattice, Figures, Ledgy) to drive efficiency, accuracy, and a superior employee experience. Identify opportunities for AI, automation and integration to streamline workflows and reporting.
- Benefits Review: Lead regular review and optimisation of benefits across jurisdictions to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with employee needs. Manage relationships with benefits providers and oversee enrollment processes.
- Global Workforce Management: Develop and manage global workforce strategy, oversee Employer of Record relationships, visa processes, and establish compliant global mobility policies.
- Reward: Review salary benchmarking processes, advise on equity strategy, and own equity granting and offboarding from a people perspective.
- Policy Management: Develop, implement, and maintain a suite of HR policies and procedures that are legally compliant, scalable, and aligned with company values and growth.
- Data Integrity and Reporting: Ensure data integrity across HR systems, develop key metrics, and use data to enhance people offering and decision-making.
- Employment Law: Stay abreast of evolving employment laws and best practices across relevant jurisdictions.
- Project Work: Support wider people and operations team projects as needed.
About You
- Significant senior-level experience in People Operations with a track record of building and scaling functions in rapidly growing, multi-jurisdictional organisations.
- Experience of People Ops and benefits administration in the UK and the US.
- Deep expertise in leveraging HR technology platforms (HiBob, Lattice, Figures, Ledgy) to automate processes and enhance the employee experience.
- Strong understanding of global workforce management, including EOR relationships, visa processes, and international HR policies.
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive, legally compliant HR policies and procedures.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into effective people operations strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Proactive, results-oriented attitude with a focus on creating a positive, high-performing work environment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
