This position is not just about numbers; it’s about crafting a robust strategy that drives real change across the globe!Core ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Framework DevelopmentDrive and co-develop the Scope 3 carbon data and supplier decarbonization strategy in partnership with direct leader, incorporating input from relevant team members and subject matter experts across the business.Oversee the design and implementation of a global supplier carbon data framework, including data standards, maturity models, and reporting protocols.Define Key Performance Indicators and performance benchmarks to enable consistent tracking of supplier emissions reduction progress.Build and evolve Scope 3 data governance, including quality assurance and control mechanisms to ensure data accuracy and consistency.Identify program risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities; propose and implement solutions that enhance data quality, reporting efficiency, and decision‑making capabilities.With the team, develop strategic abatement models and supplier decarbonization roadmaps to illustrate progress, find opportunities and inform business decisions.Provide informal leadership and coaching to members of the Scope 3 data team, building expertise in data‑driven sustainability.Data Insights & Decision SupportLead advanced analysis of supplier carbon data to generate actionable insights, develop and communicate a cohesive story of supplier progress and underlying performance drivers, and guide strategic business decisions.Oversee dashboards, reporting tools, and data models that track progress against sustainability KPIs and increase data accessibility for collaborators.Ensure analytical outputs enable clear insight into performance, trends, and supplier progress.Identify carbon reduction trends, risks, and opportunities across the supply base and recommend data‑driven actions.Continuously improve data processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and insight generation.Cross-Functional and Supplier EngagementAct as an advisor to category teams and business collaborators on supplier emissions strategies and data management procedures.Identify supplier‑specific opportunities to improve carbon data quality, transparency, and modeling capabilities.Partner with cross‑functional teams to expand access to supplier data and insights across relevant business functions.Represent Procurement in cross‑functional sustainability forums and working groups across the LEGO Group.Reporting & ComplianceOversee procurement‑related inputs for annual carbon disclosures, including GHG Inventory, CSRD, and CDP.Ensure alignment with global carbon accounting standards such as the GHG Protocol and ISO 14064.Maintain robust data validation processes to ensure accuracy and integrity in all Scope 3 reporting.Play your part in our team succeedingThe Procurement Supplier Sustainability team is responsible to set strategic environmental direction toward our supply base, develop mid‑and long‑term roadmaps, implement and run our Supplier Sustainability Program, and enable execution of the LEGO Group Scope 3 initiatives.The Senior Manager, Scope 3 Supplier Carbon Data will play a key role in shaping and driving the LEGO Group’s Scope 3 emissions strategy within Procurement. This role will co‑develop and drive the strategy for supplier carbon data, enabling measurable progress toward our Science Based Targets. The role will also identify program risks and improvement opportunities, propose solutions to enhance process efficiency and data accuracy, and enable greater access to insights and data across collaborators.Do you have what it takesEducation in sustainability, environmental science, business, supply chain, or data analyticsSignificant experience in carbon accounting, supply chain sustainability, or sustainability data strategy.Proven experience developing strategies collaboratively with leaders and teams across the business.Demonstrated ability to identify risks and implement process and data improvements in complex, global programs.In‑depth knowledge of Scope 3 emissions methodologies and GHG Protocol Corporate and Value Chain Standards.Strong experience with LCA standards (ISO 14040/14044/14064/14067) and LCA tools (e.g., SimaPro).Strong analytical skills; experience in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar tools is a plus.Proven track record of influencing colleagues and collaborators without direct authorityExcellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.The position is based in London, UK and relocation support is not offered for this role.#LI-RR1Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
