How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Create, manage and enhance data orchestration systems for KYC processes
  • Develop and enhance leadership reporting/dashboards documenting project progress
  • Partner closely with Data and Technology teams to build, test & implement the capabilities required across all stages of the KYC remediation, keeping all partners accountable
  • Thinking creatively and strategically to identify and drive project enhancements
  • Clearly and effectively communicate project status to all stakeholders, from the day-to-day contributors to senior leadership

Minimum Qualifications

  • A proven understanding of business functions such as Global Commercial Services, Customer Servicing, Technologies
  • KYC / AML experience
  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Exceptional MS Excel proficiency
  • Strong problem-solving ability - translating raw data into meaningful insights
  • Proactive, flexible, strategic, highly organized, and eager to take full ownership of their work
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and see the big picture with a close eye on the details
  • Proven project management experience with a close attention to detail
  • Strong professional presence and interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate and influence
