All‑round Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager (Mid level) responsible for demand gen, content, events, CRM, PR, lead generation and digital brand building in a B2B agency environment.

  • Global Demand Generation Agency partnering with Google, Microsoft, Adobe, AWS, Salesforce, SAP, PWC, etc.
  • Hands‑on In‑House role - full control over marketing initiatives.
  • Focus on creative/demand generation (80%) with 20% digital tactics.
  • Location: London (city centre) - Hybrid working model.
  • Ideal background: agency or B2B company with 100‑300 people.
  • Culture: dynamic team of ~100 staff, strong growth focus.

The Role

This hands‑on position leads the agency’s marketing and business development across digital, content, events, CRM, proposals, and brand visibility. You will drive growth, ensure consistent brand representation, and maintain a robust pipeline of high‑quality opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and optimise digital channels: website, SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media.
  • Oversee content creation (blogs, case studies, vlogs/podcasts) and guarantee brand consistency.
  • Lead award submissions and industry recognition initiatives.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance and ROI.
  • Identify PR opportunities; coordinate with external PR representatives when needed.

Demand Generation Business Management

  • Collaborate with the new business team to craft proposals and RFP responses, ensuring high‑quality, tailored submissions.
  • Align outreach and conversion strategies with the new business team.
  • Spot opportunities for the agency and leadership to represent at industry events, trade shows, speaker slots, and networking.

CRM & Data Management

  • Own and manage the CRM system (Pipedrive, migrating to monday.com in Q1 2026), ensuring data integrity and usability.
  • Segment and maintain marketing lists, track engagement, and generate monthly pipeline and opportunity reports.
  • Use analytics to inform strategy and improve lead nurturing and conversion.

Event Management

  • Plan and execute agency‑led and client‑facing events.
  • Support event promotion across all relevant channels.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 3–5 years in B2B marketing and business development, ideally within an agency.
  • Proven experience managing digital marketing channels and CRM platforms.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, especially for proposals and content.
  • Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach and commercial mindset.
  • Experience with global campaigns and international markets.
  • Knowledge of the B2B tech landscape and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Creative flair and ability to translate complex ideas into compelling messaging.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and clients.
