Salary: £30,700 (Executive); £32,300 (Senior Executive) (+ Inner London Weighting if applicable) per annum based on 35 hours per week
Role
We have an exciting opportunity for either a Senior Executive or an Executive to join our dynamic and effective face‑to‑face fundraising squad. Responsibilities include managing the planning, delivery and evaluation of face‑to‑face fundraising campaigns, ensuring campaigns are well‑integrated, impactful and timely.
Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and evaluate compliant, insight‑led face‑to‑face campaigns to support acquisition strategy.
- Deliver campaigns on schedule and to budget, inspiring people to give regularly and driving income growth.
- Collaborate across directorates and liaise with external agencies and suppliers on fundraiser engagement and new initiatives.
- Monitor, communicate and document key performance indicators, keeping stakeholders updated.
- Provide commentary, insights and recommendations to maximise net income and improve engagement.
- Assist with emergency fundraising as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in face‑to‑face fundraising and looking to take the next step in your career.
- Creation and management of projects or campaigns, including face‑to‑face channels.
- Passion for creating a brilliant supporter experience.
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Excellent organisational, numeracy and analytical skills.
- Pro‑active, positive mindset and ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Willingness to travel across the UK as required.
