This will give you a profile that you can use for all future applications, and you will be notified whenever a new position that matches your criteria becomes available.**Overview:**The Senior Master Data Analyst (SMDA) is responsible for working with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Master Team to analyse data to maximize operating efficiency and maintain data integrity as it relates to all customer master data. The SMDA will be responsible for designing and enforcing Data Governance rules and standards and provide expertise to the Mitel business units as required. The SMDA will work in a highly collaborative manner across the company play a vital role in maintenance of Master Data Core Attributes driving the Business reporting.**Responsibilities:*** Manages Master Data Tableau Dashboards, to make sure that fields used across all businesses for reporting are correct and flowing correctly to the dashboards.* Manages various override processes for POS in order to correct any invalid POS reported from the Distributors.* Manage the daily operations by creating, reviewing, validating and maintaining customer master associated hierarchies in SAP, and other related internal systems.* Determines course of action necessary to complete customer master hierarchy update requests within the established SLAs.* Works with the License systems and make sure that all End Customers and Partners with active licenses are assigned to a customer master hierarchy.* Reconciles the Customer Master Hierarchies to Global Partner Program Parent- Child relationships maintained in SFDC.* Reviews and manages the End customer Master Data maintained in SAP and SFDC and take necessary actions for duplicate records and updated of Mitel Core Attributes (SIC Codes and Channel Types).* Identify process improvement opportunities to maximize revenue and operating efficiency* Develop knowledge and expertise of best practices and end-to-end business processes involving master data* Develop standard procedures, user guides, and other necessary training and job aid materials. Provide training / coaching as needed**Requirements:*** Minimum job experience required includes 3-5 years in data analysis and analytics in a business environment performing business reporting.* Excellent skills in Excel.* Experience with analytics platforms and technologies such as Tableau and other third-party BI tools is desired.* Experience in SAP4Hana and Salesforce.com is desired.* Experience with building and aggregating analytical datasets from raw data.* Excellent English, additional languages such as German or French is advantageous* A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field will be a plus.**Additional Skills (Advantageous):*** Experience in communications industry is preferred but not required.#LI-SS3For more information, visit or follow us on LinkedIn .*Mitel is committed to achieving workforce diversity and creating an inclusive working environment. *Diversity makes sense for us, for our customers and for our future.
