Overview
Senior M&E Asset Surveyor with Bellrock will contribute to delivering professional and exceptional service to clients, while developing the Assets division and supporting growth in Bellrock Consulting services.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop network and work collaboratively with all contacts, managing and offering new business activity for all services across the business with focus on Bellrock Consulting services, ensuring this is applied to all new opportunities.
- Attend and contribute to Asset Division CPD Meetings.
- Support colleagues where appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Undertake survey work as directed by Service Lead or Lead Consultant.
- Assist with project progress meetings and keep the Lead Consultant / Service lead informed of progress.
- Take a senior role in projects and have responsibility for surveyors.
- Work collaboratively with other divisions to achieve Bellrock Consulting targets and present a seamless approach to clients.
- Ensure the delivery of a professional and exceptional service to clients.
Competencies
- Creates new and imaginative approaches to work-related issues; identifies fresh approaches and questions traditional assumptions.
- Personal motivation – commits self to work hard towards goals; shows enthusiasm and career commitment.
- Reasonable knowledge of the Building Surveying market, with up to 5 years direct experience.
- Ability to deliver M&E Asset Surveys.
- Proficient IT use to ensure deliverables are issued in a timely manner.
- Adhere to Concerto CRM, CASE and Quality Management processes.
- Develop the Assets service line, working with the Head of Department.
- Support other Bellrock Consulting BUs.
- Ability to support and train surveyors and new staff as required.
- Follow industry practice and legislation to deliver competent Assets Services.

Working arrangements
We embrace smarter working practices which offer flexible and remote working where possible. In this role, the successful candidate would be home based, with travel to sites. Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
