Responsibilities

  • Join the building services design team in York as a Mechanical Design Engineer or Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, specialising in building services design.
  • Work mainly on rail-related schemes, not only in the UK but also with projects delivered from York in Dubai and Europe.
  • Contribute to some of the largest rail projects worldwide from your home office or their workplace.
  • Be comfortable with all aspects of mechanical building services design.
  • Work within a BIM environment beyond Revit; the team is at the cutting edge of collaborative working.
  • Engage with a relaxed yet professional culture and a focus on sustainability; interest in building physics is welcomed.

Qualifications

  • Chartered status is beneficial; if not, the employer will value on-the-job experience.
