Senior Manager Global Media, EMEA is a key member of the Global Media Team, overseeing paid media planning and execution for toy and game brands across the EMEA region. Based in Capper Street, London, this role will work closely with the Senior Director of Global Media to shape strategies and develop integrated media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales across highly diverse audiences and markets.
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Media, who is in the US, you will be a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital, paid social, linear, creator, and gaming media and be comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams, external agencies, and media partners across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Serve as the paid media lead for Hasbro toy and game brands, managing cross-channel media campaigns from planning to execution across diverse EMEA markets.
- Develop go-to-market media strategies, ensuring alignment with global media strategy, brand marketing objectives, audience insights, and local market nuances.
- Support media planning processes, ensuring brand inputs, media channel roles, and measurement frameworks are effectively incorporated into broader global plans.
- Manage day-to-day collaboration with EMEA media agencies, ensuring campaigns align with business needs and deliver measurable results.
- Partner closely with performance retail media team counterparts to ensure integration across all paid media tactics.
- Review and refine media presentation materials, ensuring clarity and accuracy based on brand briefs, budgets, and campaign objectives.
- Maintain knowledge of media best practices, trends, and industry developments across EMEA markets.
- Manage, mentor, and provide guidance to direct reports within the EMEA media team.
- Ensure campaigns comply with GDPR, DSA, UCPD, and other relevant local advertising regulations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
- Work closely with the performance retail team to align upper-funnel brand activations with lower-funnel conversion tactics, ensuring we’re driving users down the funnel.
- Partner with in-market brand teams to tailor global media strategies to local needs while maintaining global consistency.
- Act as a liaison between Global Brand, Regional Marketing, and Global Analytics teams to ensure consistent communication and execution.
- Ensure that creative assets and messaging align with media objectives, partnering closely with internal creative production teams on development of the global toolkit.
- Join weekly optimization and reporting calls with media agencies to monitor performance, flag concerns, and recommend adjustments.

What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in paid media, advertising, or strategic marketing, ideally in a consumer-focused industry (toys, games, entertainment, or retail).
- Experience working across multiple EMEA markets, with sensitivity to cultural, linguistic, and regulatory differences.
- Solid understanding of digital, linear, paid social, and retail media strategies, including hands-on experience working with media agencies and vendors.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality campaigns with clear measurement strategies on either the agency or client side.
- Strong ability to analyze campaign performance, interpret data, and contribute to media optimization strategies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of balancing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to internal teams and external partners across regions.
- Knowledge of GDPR and other privacy frameworks impacting media buying in Europe and beyond.
- Experience managing direct reports and providing growth path support and direction.
- Adaptability and problem-solving mindset; ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
- Self-starter mentality, with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
