Hybrid working, and a warm welcome accompany this opportunity to work creatively with Young People and their families within the Community based Youth Team in Kings Lynn, West Norfolk. We are a multi-disciplinary team promoting positive Mental Health and providing treatment interventions for Young People aged 14 to 25 years. The role is for a fixed period of 12 months, 30.00 hours per week to cover maternity leave. We strive to be dynamic and creative and are dedicated Mental Health Professionals, focussing on the needs of Young People providing a needs-led approach. We are seeking like-minded clinicians to work alongside us in supporting Young Peoples Wellbeing and Mental Health. Responsibilities
- Triage of new referrals
- Conducting Assessments
- Supporting and being part of the Duty system within the Team
- Individual Caseload holding and management
- Delivering evidenced based mental health treatment interventions to young people both on a one-to-one basis and in group settings both face to face and using online mediums such as Attend Anywhere, Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Multi‑agency working; including working alongside families, acute hospital, primary care sector, social care, education and voluntary services
- Active contribution in team meetings and reflective sessions so that the team can learn, grow, and improve the service we provide
