Exciting oppurtunity to become part of a newly established team for Pennine Care responding to teams whom have a mental health concern for a service user in the community. The team will triage requests for crisis support and provide safety planning and onward referral for service users referred to the team. Please note this vacancy is a night worker post. Responsibilities

  • Respond to teams with mental health concerns for service users in the community, triaging requests for crisis support.
  • Provide safety planning and onward referral for service users referred to the team.
  • Work as a night worker post as required and collaborate with other teams to coordinate care and support.
