We\'re hiring a very senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead model optimization for a cutting-edge AI hardware platform built for high-performance edge inference.

Backed by $200M+ in funding, this stealth-mode startup is reimagining how AI runs in real-time; on-device, energy-efficient, and cloud-free.

What You\'ll Do

  • Optimize and deploy deep learning models on custom accelerators (e.g. Digital In-Memory Computing)
  • Apply advanced techniques: quantization, pruning, compression
  • Work across frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, OpenVINO, TVM)
  • Collaborate with hardware, compiler, and embedded teams
  • Benchmark and validate performance in real-world edge scenarios (CV, robotics, industrial AI)

What You Bring

  • 7+ years in ML engineering, with deep expertise in model optimization for edge or custom silicon
  • Strong knowledge of neural networks, hardware-aware inference, and deployment pipelines
  • Hands-on with embedded inference toolchains and performance profiling
  • Python, C++, and a mindset for getting things running fast and efficiently
