What you'll do
Design and implement robust ML pipelines and infrastructure. Work closely with Data Scientists to productionise ML models using engineering principles and reusable frameworks. Embed automation, testing, and monitoring into ML workflows to ensure reliability. Act as a quality gatekeeper for production deployments, ensuring best practices and coding standards are met. Lead initiatives to improve MLOps maturity within M&S.
Who you are
Experienced in building and deploying machine learning solutions at scale. Proficient in Python, Spark, and cloud technologies, preferably Azure. Experienced building CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows. Strong problem-solver who can work effectively across cross functional teams. Passionate about improving engineering practices.
