As a Senior Modeling Analyst (/Senior Modelling Lead), you’ll play a role in transforming how modelling informs marketing and commercial decisions. This is a newly redefined role, created to bring deeper accountability, seniority and proactive thinking to a function that’s evolving fast, for someone who is keen to hit the ground running.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take ownership of the Marketing Mix Model and broader economic modelling, ensuring outputs are trusted and used to guide decisions and support stakeholders. You’ll translate technical analysis into clear, commercial insight that stakeholders can act on.

You’ll proactively identify opportunities for modelling to add value; work closely with marketing and distribution teams to embed modelling into campaign planning, product strategy and performance optimisation and more.

You’ll develop predictive behavioural models to support a growing and diversifying product suite, where they’re going from one key product to multiple. You’ll help the business move from a single-product mindset to a multi-product, cross-channel strategy helping to bring clarity and new ideas to stakeholders and the team.

What experience you’ll need to apply

• Strong experience in modelling and predictive analytics, working as a Senior Data Analyst/Scientist or similar
• Ability to relate technical insights to business outcomes
• Experience with Python and SQL
• Experience with MMM or econometrics modelling
• Experience in financial services or similar, ideally in multi-product environments
• Ability to work proactively and independently, spotting where models can support, rather than waiting for requests
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
