Overview

PG ONE is seeking an exceptional Senior Motion Designer who can transform strategic concepts into striking visual narratives across Procter & Gamble’s diverse range of brands. This role offers the unique opportunity to influence the visual language of household brands, push boundaries and define trends.

Responsibilities

  • Lead motion graphics projects from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring exceptional quality and on‑time completion.
  • Collaborate with creative directors and art directors to develop innovative motion design solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Create storyboards, style frames and animatics to communicate design concepts to clients and internal teams.
  • Design and animate 2D/3D graphics for a variety of channels, including digital, social and film.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth.
  • Establish and maintain motion design standards, workflows and best practices across the studio.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Expert proficiency in After Effects, Cinema 4D and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse motion design styles and technical capabilities.
  • Proven experience leading projects and mentoring junior team members.
  • Excellence in typography, composition, colour theory and visual storytelling.
  • Experience with 3D animation and rendering workflows.
  • Strong understanding of video compression, formatting and delivery specifications.
