They’re seeking a Senior National Account Manager to take the lead on one of their most important e-commerce partnerships. Reporting into the Head of Sales, this is a pivotal role with the scope to influence strategy, build commercial success, and foster long-lasting relationships.
As the key contact for The Hut Group, you’ll oversee all commercial and operational aspects of this account. Alongside this, you’ll manage their professional channel distributor to ensure alignment with their wider sales objectives. This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on, working closely with teams across marketing, supply chain, finance, and product to deliver excellence.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Leadership — Shape and deliver joint business plans with THG, aligning commercial goals with marketing activity; monitor performance, analyse sales trends, and identify opportunities to strengthen visibility and conversion; lead quarterly reviews with THG, sharing insights and recommendations to maximise growth; partner with internal teams to ensure campaigns and product launches are delivered seamlessly.
- Distributor Channel Management — Build and nurture strong partnerships with professional distributors; define sales targets, monitor performance, and provide ongoing support to achieve results; equip distributor teams with the tools, training, and collateral needed to succeed; explore fresh opportunities and initiatives to expand the professional channel.
- Commercial & Operational Ownership — Manage the P&L for both THG and distributor channels, with a focus on profitability; handle complex negotiations to secure the best possible terms and positioning; provide accurate forecasts and stock guidance to support supply chain efficiency; resolve commercial or operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Collaboration & Market Awareness — Contribute to the broader sales strategy and share learnings across the business; represent the needs of THG and distributors internally to ensure alignment; keep a close eye on competitor activity and market shifts, using insights to inform decisions.
Experience Requirements
- Prior experience in a National or Senior Account Manager role, ideally in beauty, wellness, or a similar consumer category
- Demonstrated success managing a significant e-commerce account (THG experience a strong advantage)
- Confident working with data – skilled in forecasting, reporting, and turning insights into action
- Commercially astute with hands-on experience of owning and driving P&L performance
- Strong relationship builder with proven negotiation and influencing skills
- Experience in managing distributor networks is highly desirable
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-led environment
- Resilient, results-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease
