Here’s your chance to step into a high-impact role with a challenger food brand that’s shaking up the dessert aisle. Think indulgent cheesecakes, an exciting chilled and frozen NPD pipeline, and listings with some of the UK’s biggest retailers. Now they’re looking for a Senior National Account Manager to take the lead on strategy, relationships and growth.
This role is all about making things happen at the top level. You’ll own key grocery accounts, drive new listings, and shape JBPs that deliver serious results. It’s strategic, commercial and hands-on -the perfect role for someone who’s ready to step up and make their mark.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading and growing relationships with top-tier grocery and retail accounts
- Driving new business development and landing listings for chilled and frozen NPD
- Owning full P&L responsibility and building robust commercial plans
- Negotiating JBPs, trade spend and securing long-term growth with buyers
- Analysing data and turning insights into action that moves the needle
- Building and executing trade marketing plans, with PR and influencer support
- Creating compelling sales decks and proposals that win retailer buy-in
- Partnering closely with leadership, attending high-level buyer meetings and driving projects through to execution
What they’re looking for
- A proven SNAM or experienced NAM ready to step up into a senior role
- Strong track record managing major grocery accounts (Sainsbury’s, Ocado, Morrisons, or similar)
- A natural relationship builder who can influence and negotiate at the top level
- Commercially sharp, data-driven and results-focused
- A strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Someone excited by the idea of shaping growth in a challenger brand
