We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Occupational Health Nurse Adviser to join our well-established, in-house team. This is a pivotal role providing comprehensive occupational health support across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver the full scope of Occupational Health services, including:

• Case management
• Pre-employment assessments

Provide leadership and support to the OH team through:

• Guidance and supervision
• Training and professional development
• Assisting in maintaining SEQOHS accreditation standards
• Raising awareness of Occupational Health across the organisation

About You

This role would suit:

• An experienced Senior OH Nurse Adviser seeking a new challenge, or
• An experienced Occupational Health Adviser ready to take the next step in their career

You must have:

• A Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health
• Current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council as a Specialist Practitioner in Occupational Health Nursing (Part 3 of the NMC Register)
• At least three years of relevant experience
