Senior Online Experience Manager

Shanghai VIM Industrial Design Co., Ltd.

Overview

We need someone who knows how to turn a website and an app into serious commercial drivers. Someone who sees a checkout flow and immediately spots ways to improve it. Someone who understands that good UX isn’t just about looking slick – it’s about converting, scaling, and monetising without killing the customer experience. If you’ve led CRO programmes, built scalable templates, and launched monetisation strategies that actually made money, read on.

Responsibilities

  • Driving conversion rate optimisation across our web and app platforms. You won’t just run tests – you’ll build a programme that delivers measurable impact.
  • Designing scalable templates for key pages (PLPs, PDPs, landing pages) that perform commercially and don’t need rebuilding every time someone makes a minor change.
  • Working with Tech/Product to unlock growth – whether that’s improving app downloads, opt‑in flows, or building features that actually get used.
  • Developing a monetisation strategy that doesn’t wreck the customer experience. Think retail media, sponsored products, and on‑site advertising.
  • Staying ahead of the curve on UX, CRO, and digital monetisation. Testing new ideas, building playbooks, and scaling what works.

Success Metrics

  • Conversion rates go up across web and app.
  • CRO tests generate incremental revenue.
  • Opt‑ins and app downloads grow consistently.
  • Monetisation starts generating real money, without killing the user experience.
  • Execution gets faster thanks to templating and smarter design.

Location

We’ve got offices in Nuneaton and London, and the digital team moves between both. You’ll need to spend at least one day a week in Nuneaton (that’s HQ), but beyond that, we’re flexible. We ask for two days a week in the office, and the rest is up to you – home, coffee shop, wherever you get stuff done. If you’re based in London, you won’t be the only one hopping between the two.

Qualifications

  • You get CRO. Not just the theory – you’ve run tests, made changes, and seen the numbers move.
  • You think in journeys. You know what makes a customer tick, click, and convert – and you design for it.
  • You speak Tech. You don’t need to code, but you can work with developers and product teams without needing a translator.
  • You’re commercially wired. You understand that good UX isn’t just pretty – it’s profitable.
  • You’ve done this before. You’ve led CRO or UX programmes in e‑commerce or retail, and you’ve got the results to prove it.
  • You know your tools – testing platforms, analytics dashboards, monetisation models. You’ve been hands‑on and used them.

Benefits

  • Salary that reflects your impact.
  • Hybrid working – we’re in the office two days a week, while most companies are heading back to three, four, or five.
  • 25% staff discount across our range – plus free online delivery – so you can live the wellness you help deliver.
  • Pension contributions – because future‑you deserves a break.
  • Life assurance – peace of mind for you and your loved ones.
  • Free wellness diagnostic tests – knowing your health is the first step to improving it.
  • Exclusive discounts on wellness services, gym memberships, and more.
  • Perks from other retailers – discounts, advice, and savings from brands you actually use.
  • A culture of wellbeing – from mental health support to menopause coaching, we’re serious about helping you feel your best.
