You will be required to travel to the US 4-5 times, for 2-3 weeks per time in the first 12-18 months.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Oracle E-Business Suite SCM Functional Consultant to lead functional workstreams across core SCM modules. You’ll be front-and-centre with stakeholders, driving best practice processes, leading workshops, mapping complex integrations, and making critical design decisions. You’ll work closely with our global teams and prestigious clients across industries – especially in complex, regulated environments (GxP/GMP/SoX).

Your Expertise:

  • Deep Oracle EBS SCM experience: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing (Discrete & Process), Costing, Planning
  • Familiar with iProcurement, Supplier Portal, and EDI (ideal)
  • Skilled in configuration, solution validation, training, and post-go-live support
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud, OUM/AIM, and 3rd-party integrations is a plus
  • Comfortable leading client teams, managing change, and owning delivery from end to end

  • Process mapping/redesign
  • Design and gap analysis
  • Application configuration including migration of configuration from one environment to another
  • Functional support of technical activities such as data migration, integration and reporting
  • Leading solution validation workshops
  • Testing support
  • Training delivery
  • Post go-live support and other related aspects of functional implementation advice and guidance

Qualifications

  • Oracle E-Business Suite: SCM with Procurement (including iProcurement & Supplier Portal, Procurement Contracts, EDI), Inventory Management, Product Management, Cost Management, Receiving, Shipping and Receipt Accounting, Order Management & Pricing, Manufacturing (Process + Discrete) & Quality, Intercompany & Supply Chain & Financial Orchestration Flows, Supply Chain Planning
  • Experience with 3rd party integrations / collaboration & reporting tools
  • Oracle EBS: Other areas – Account Payable & Receivable, Tax, Subledger Accounting, e-signatures (desirable)
  • Oracle Cloud experience highly desirable, but role is EBS focussed
  • Oracle Reporting
  • Familiarity with Oracle OUM and/or AIM methodology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience of leading a team both internal and client
  • Experience of working effectively within a team
  • Organised and self-motivated; ability to multi-task and prioritise across concurrent projects
  • Management of change requests through the development and testing lifecycle
  • Liaising with Oracle to ensure effective management of client SRs
  • Ensure that clients are supported and kept up to date with latest Oracle Cloud quarterly releases
  • Manage on-time project delivery and business expectations and ensure internal customer satisfaction
  • Assist with risk management and change management on projects
  • Advising clients on options, risks, and impacts on other processes or systems
  • Effective communication and driving project deliverables
  • Completing tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Providing status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
  • Experience of GxP, GMP and SoX desired
