Our client, a prominent organisation in the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking a Senior Outfit Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and finalising outfit designs for maritime naval ships
• Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure designs meet specifications and standards
• Conducting detailed design reviews and modifications as required
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution
• Producing comprehensive documentation and reports for design projects

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as an outfit designer or engineer in the defence and security sector
• Proficiency in BAE-Outfit design and engineering tools
• Strong understanding of maritime naval ship specifications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
