Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimise all Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display) with a focus on profitable customer acquisition.
  • Monitor performance, produce and analyse reporting, and build weekly and monthly performance reports in partnership with the Senior Ecommerce Data Analyst.
  • Own the transition of all paid activity from agency to in‑house, ensuring a smooth handover and continued performance.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience managing hands‑on PPC campaigns ideally in an e‑commerce setting.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads and the levers of profitable customer acquisition.
  • Commercially minded and experienced planning and scaling campaigns for high seasonal demand and peak trading events.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing budgets and performance data independently.
  • Comfortable working without agency support – hands‑on in campaign build, optimisation, and reporting.

What will you be offered in return?

  • A competitive salary in line with your skills and experience of £50,000.
