As the Senior Paid Advertising Manager, you’ll take full ownership of their performance marketing activity, starting with PPC and expanding into new channels over time.
You’ll be hands-on in building and optimising campaigns, while shaping a full-funnel approach that supports sustainable customer acquisition. This role is ideal for a commercially minded, data-driven marketer who thrives in fast-paced, peak-driven eCommerce environments.
Responsibilities
PPC -Google Ads;
- Set up, manage, and optimise all Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display), with a focus on profitable customer acquisition.
- Performance Monitoring, Reporting & Analysis
- Work with our Senior Ecommerce Data analyst to build and manage weekly and monthly performance reports
- Strategic Ownership & Testing
- Lead the transition of all paid activity from agency to in-house, ensuring smooth handover and continued performance.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience managing hands-on PPC campaigns ideally in an e-commerce setting.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads
- Commercially minded with a clear understanding of the levers of profitable customer acquisition.
- Experience planning and scaling campaigns for high seasonal demand and peak trading events.
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing budgets and performance data independently.
- Comfortable working without agency support—hands-on in campaign build, optimisation, and reporting.
