Senior Paid Media Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Paid Media Manager to join our experienced team of media and creative experts! You’ll take the lead on strategy, execution and optimisation of the paid digital campaigns across the agency. Our client base varies from e-commerce, education, tourism, fintech and sport. You will work closely with all departments across the agency to ensure the success of the paid media initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement data-driven paid media strategies for clients across various platforms including, not but limited to: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to align digital strategies overarching campaign objectives.
- Ongoing communication with client and internal client account managers, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Utilise Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 for effective campaign tracking and measurement.
Budget Management
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets to ensure that spend is in line with client goals and expectations.
- Recommend budget reallocations or adjustments to maximize campaign performance based on data insights.
Qualifications and Technical Knowledge
- Technical Knowledge: Must have experience with running paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn & Snapchat.
- GA4 & GTM: Experience with tracking and reporting experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong communication skills: You’ll be comfortable presenting to clients, colleagues and participating in new business pitches.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience (preferably with agency).
- Industry changes: Constantly staying up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and new digital marketing trends.
- Programmatic advertising: Familiarity with programmatic platforms, DSPs and traditional media offering.
- SEO: Experience with SEO strategy and optimisation to improve search visibility and traffic.
- Creative: Ability to think creatively when devising ad copy, targeting strategies and A/B testing.
- Attribution Modelling: Understanding of attribution and how different touchpoints impact conversion and ROI.
