You'll manage multi-channel ad campaigns across Meta and Google, with optional exposure to platforms like TikTok and Pinterest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta and Google for eCom brands.
  • Monitor daily performance and implement data-led decisions to improve ROAS.
  • Translate campaign data into actionable insights and clear reports for clients.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to align campaign strategies with business objectives.
  • Work with creative teams to ensure content is engaging, on-brand, and performance-oriented.

Essential Experience:

  • 2+ years' hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads for eCom brands with budgets of £20k+ / month.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in a client-facing environment.
  • Analytical mindset with confidence using performance data to guide decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
  • Self-driven and organised, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + Bonus
