Overview

Paid Social Senior Manager – 12-Month FTC (Maternity Cover). Hybrid, 3 days per week in London. This role is with a fast-growing consumer brand that is scaling across the UK and international markets. Paid Social is the fastest-growing acquisition channel, and you will lead strategy, inspire a team, and drive performance during a 12-month maternity cover contract.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and inspire a small team of Paid Social specialists, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Own the global Paid Social and Display strategy, from customer acquisition to brand building.
• Collaborate with in-house creatives to deliver thumb-stopping full-funnel assets.
• Manage significant budgets, optimising for CPA, ROAS, and new customer growth.
• Leverage advanced attribution tools to measure performance and guide channel strategy.

What we’re looking for

• 6+ years of Paid Social experience with channel and team leadership.
• Proven expertise in Meta and TikTok, with confidence briefing and working with creators/UGC.
• Strong communicator and hands-on leader who can coach and roll sleeves up when needed.
• A creative strategist with a sharp eye for impactful content.
• Adaptable, proactive, and energised by fast-paced, high-growth environments.
