The Role

As a Senior Pensions Administrator, you will be a key member of one of their growing dynamic teams, responsible for managing pension schemes with precision and care. Your role will involve:

  • Administering pension schemes, predominantly and Defined Benefit (DB) arrangement.
  • Administering ongoing scheme administration including manual calculations, transfers, contributions, projects and payments etc.
  • Maintaining accurate records and managing scheme updates.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, members, and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines.
  • Supporting the wider team with project work and initiatives.

They are seeking a motivated individual with the following qualities:

  • Previous experience in Defined Benefit pension administration and including manual calculations
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with pensions legislation and systems (desirable but not essential).
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
