We seek a Senior Pensions Administrators on a fixed term contract to join our team, providing top-tier administration for trust-based pension schemes. Responsibilities include guiding team members, checking, verifying tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring compliance with pension laws. Strong communication and proactive support are essential.Key Responsibilities:Train and support junior team membersVerify and authorize team activitiesCalculate and dispense scheme benefitsMaintain membership recordsEngage in project work assigned by managersCoordinate with clients, actuaries, and third partiesOffer verbal and written technical insightsEnsure ISO and AAF accreditation compliancePrioritize tasks to meet deadlinesYour Profile:Essential:Experience in DB schemes and the pensions sectorOrganizational skills and a methodical approachSupport development of high standards and customer serviceEffective communication and detail-orientedProficiency in MS OfficePreferred Qualifications:Strong GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalentIdeally A Level education or equivalentCommitment to pursuing pensions qualifications (e.g., CPC/QPA/DPC/RPC/APMI)Desirable:Decision-making and problem-solving skillsEffective delegation capabilitiesWhat We Offer:Enjoy a competitive salary, annual discretionary bonus, and 25 days' holiday with buy/sell flexibility.
