Senior Pensions Administrator – The role
You will join a large and growing organisation, working in a friendly, supportive environment where you will quickly become an integral and valuable part of our Pensions Administration team; a team that really value the quality of work they do for our clients. Broadstone invest in our people to ensure that they have the time and systems to do a proper, fulfilling job and this has been recognised in our client and employee satisfaction scores as well as industry awards (we have recently been voted as the best pensions administrator in the country in an industry client survey for the fourth year running!).
Senior Pensions Administrator – Key responsibilities
- Completing calculations in relation to member benefit entitlements
- Responding to queries from various stakeholders
- Preparing and collating information as requested
Senior Pensions Administrator – You
- Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
- Previous experience carrying out a similar role with a third-party administrator or in-house occupational pension scheme
- Experience working with DB Pension Schemes
- Proven ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience
