Our People Team is recruiting and looking for an experienced Senior People Advisor to join on a 12-month basis.

About The Role

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a collaborative HR professional to work proactively with leaders and the People Team, primarily supporting organizational change projects during a period of integration. The role involves influencing and advising business leaders, improving leadership and management capabilities, coaching, and championing our people vision.

The Senior People Advisor will work closely with People Partners and Advisors, focusing on change management, employee relations, trade union relationships, and HR advice across the spectrum. The role includes managing People initiatives from inception to delivery, tracking progress, and ensuring projects meet their goals within time and budget constraints.

The position can be based in Manchester or Coventry, with travel required to both locations. A hybrid working arrangement is in place.

About You

You should be passionate about working in an organization that values member and colleague experience. Essential qualifications and experience include:

• Extensive HR advisory experience
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Experience in organization design and change management
• CIPD qualification or equivalent
• Project management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

Desirable experience includes policy development and a background in financial services.
