About The Role
Nuix is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to join our dynamic team in London. (We are based in Holborn).
We value face‑to‑face collaboration and interaction! You will need to be in the office 3 days a week but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the London office the remaining days of the week. Occasionally, you’ll join global team meetings after hours, but you’ll have the flexibility to adjust your workday hours on those days.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic coach and advisor to senior Sales leadership, embedding a culture of sustained high performance across the region.
Design and execute a transformational people strategy for the Sales organisation, focusing on organisational effectiveness, talent development, and scalability.
Own and expertly manage all complex employee relations cases across the UK and Europe, ensuring full compliance and mitigating business risk.
Drive key talent cycles, including performance management, succession planning, and compensation reviews, to motivate and retain top sales talent.
Critically evaluate and innovate existing people processes, introducing scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and the employee experience.
Leverage people data and analytics to deliver actionable insights to the business, influencing leadership decisions on talent, rewards, and organisational structure.
Partner with the global People team to localise and implement key programs, ensuring they are fit‑for‑purpose for the European sales teams.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
A minimum of 10+ years of progressive People/HR experience, with significant tenure as a strategic Business Partner.
Essential, in‑depth, and demonstrable experience managing the full spectrum of complex employee relations cases under UK employment law.
Proven success partnering directly with and coaching senior leaders in a fast‑paced, quota‑driven global Sales environment.
A clear track record of transforming teams and processes, with tangible examples of having built high‑performing, scalable functions.
Outstanding influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate with high autonomy and drive results in a global team structure.
Nice To Haves
Significant employee relations experience covering key Central European markets (e.g., Germany, France).
Experience working within a high‑growth Technology or SaaS company.
