Senior People & Culture Business Partner – London

Our client, a leading investment firm with a sustainable and long-term investment focus, is looking to hire a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to contribute to delivering its people strategy. You will work within a collaborative HR team with input into shaping the employee experience and supporting the firm’s long-term business goals.

Summary of the role and key responsibilities

  • This is a true end-to-end business partnering role. The successful candidate will advise leaders on organizational design, change management, succession planning, DEI, and talent development, while also guiding on employee relations and reward.
  • With an increased focus on learning and development, this role will help drive initiatives that build future capability.
  • You will have the opportunity to partner directly with senior leaders and make a tangible impact.
  • The role is ideally suited to a seasoned HR professional with strong generalist expertise from a financial or professional services environment and the ability to challenge, influence, and coach senior stakeholders.
  • The company offers a collaborative, low-ego culture with a strong employee value proposition, modern open-plan offices in the City, London and a hybrid working model.
