Your New Role...

As a Senior People & Culture Partner at Warner Bros. Discovery, you’ll be at the heart of shaping the future of WBD Sports across the UK and EMEA. This is more than a traditional HR role — it’s a unique opportunity to influence culture, drive transformation, and partner with senior leaders to deliver meaningful impact in a fast-paced, global media business.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders, guiding them through complex organisational change, talent strategy, and cultural evolution in the wake of our recent merger. Your work will directly support the growth and success of our people and business, ensuring alignment with WBD’s global vision while tailoring solutions to local needs.

With a strong focus on collaboration, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the UK, EMEA, the US, and beyond — connecting the dots between global strategy and regional execution. You’ll champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, and play a key role in embedding these values into the fabric of our teams.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
