Senior People Partner - FTC
3 Days Old
Overview
We’re looking for an established, Senior People Partner to join us on a 9 month fixed-term contract. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys the breadth of generalist HR partnering while taking the lead on projects that drive meaningful change, helping us deliver on our commitments.
You’ll act as a strategic enabler, who thrives on partnership, pace, and impact. You’ll be trusted to work independently and deliver a variety of activity and projects, leading on complex people initiatives, and partnering with senior leaders to deliver people plans. Collaborating across the People & Culture team, you’ll also share best practice and facilitate cross-functional projects to achieve collective success.
Recognised as both a strategic partner and a technical expert in employment law, you’ll combine pragmatic problem-solving with the ability to influence senior leaders and empower managers. Within the team, you’ll offer guidance on sensitive issues, act as an escalation point for complex cases, and balance legal compliance with business needs.
You might think a love of cars is essential to work here, it's not. You’ll play a visible role in helping maintain our incredible culture, supporting leaders through change, and ensuring that Autotrader continues to be a place where people thrive.
