Job Description

Are you a seasoned PeopleSoft Financials expert with a passion for delivering real value to clients? If you're ready to work with the latest PeopleSoft functionality and help organisations optimise their finance solutions, we want to hear from you.

At Version 1, we’re looking for a Senior PeopleSoft Finance Functional Consultant who can confidently engage with clients, assess and enhance complex Finance solutions, and provide deep expertise across GL, AP, Billing, and AR. This is your chance to take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery while collaborating with some of the best minds in the business.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Understanding, creating and developing the client’s requirements
  • Overseeing the current solution
  • Delivering people soft (latest Image) against the requirements
  • Writing detailed reports of recommendations to meet the requirements
  • Agreeing new solutions
  • Building, testing and deploying the agreed solutions
  • Transferring product knowledge to the client

Qualifications

  • Excellent consulting skills to understand client requirements
  • Ability to map business processes to a system solution, identifying gaps and solutions
  • Excellent depth of PeopleSoft Finance understanding, including current features
  • Good breadth of knowledge across the Finance application, with specific areas of expertise
  • Excellent communicator
  • Team Player who is also comfortable taking leadership responsibility
  • Highly effective working remotely and within disparate teams
  • Good understanding of UK banking processes
