Senior Performance Marketing Manager

We are partnered with a rapidly growing DTC subscription e-commerce business, dedicated to bettering the lives of their customers through a superior product. They are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join their Growth team and drive the next phase of expansion across the UK.

Responsibilities

  • spearhead the execution and optimisation of full‑funnel digital campaigns across paid and organic channels
  • manage and develop a small team, directly overseeing an annual budget of £5m+
  • profitable steering of investment to acquire new customers, boost brand awareness, and enhance customer LTV and retention
  • shape forward‑looking marketing strategies, working collaboratively with Creative and Product teams to align the digital roadmap with growth objectives

Qualifications

  • hands‑on expert with solid digital marketing experience in a DTC or e‑commerce environment and proven track record of growing brands and managing teams
  • proficiency in the technical management and optimisation of Paid Search, Paid Social and SEO
  • fluent in performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS and ROI
  • excellent reporting skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to internal stakeholders and leadership
  • investigative mindset and passion for achieving ambitious targets
