The Role: As the Senior Performance Media Manager, you will lead and inspire the team, overseeing innovation and execution across PPC, Affiliates, SEO, Paid Social, and Display Retargeting.
Your mission is to drive quality traffic and enhance conversion with agility, ensuring digital excellence and commercial impact across priority EMEA markets to deliver on UGG's bold brand ambitions. You will play a critical role in future-proofing and managing the UGG Performance ecosystem with a sharp, proactive analytical lens.
Responsibilities:
- Leading Performance Media operations across all key digital channels, aligned with overarching commercial goals.
- Translating critical business drivers and trade plans into channel-level strategies, quickly mobilising media activity to drive quality traffic and revenue.
- Own the Performance roadmap with clear KPIs to drive acquisition, conversion, and ROAS growth across EMEA.
- Working with senior internal stakeholders and media agencies to challenge, steer, and optimise paid media performance.
- Identifying and unlocking strategic tools to propel Performance Marketing efforts for today and tomorrow.
Requirements:
- Experience as Senior Manager in Performance Marketing across multiple channels, with experience in line managing multiple direct reports.
- Proven success in managing large-scale digital budgets with agility and ROI mindset.
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and confidence in forecasting and reforecasting traffic, revenue, and ROAS across channels.
