Senior Performance Tools Engineer

Arm is looking for skilled software engineers to join teams building software performance analysis tools.

Successful candidates will contribute to applications that help software engineers and hardware designers to understand and improve performance of workloads running on Arm based platforms.

About The Team

You will join a team of Software Engineers who all share a passion for software performance and want to stamp their mark on the future of computing; wherever it may lead! If you are similarly passionate about innovative technologies, then we want to hear from you!

We develop both in-house and open-source performance tools. We work closely with different departments to leverage in our tools the future telemetry and performance monitoring features that Arm develop. We also interact with users within and outside the company to continuously improve and refine our tool offering.

We expect a professional, hardworking individual, with a flair for creative lateral thinking and a dedication to extend the breadth and depth of their knowledge. Your strong interpersonal skills are vital for success; we are looking for excellent written and spoken English and be capable of writing documentation and mentoring junior engineers.

Established experience or a Bachelor’s (or above) degree or equivalent experience in a STEM subject.
