Senior Personal Assistant. Property. Flexible working

Our well-established and respected property client is seeking a Senior PA, with C-suite experience, to deliver high-quality assistance primarily to two directors, but also to the broader team.

The wider team is primarily focused on handling the data surrounding managing commercial properties; therefore, skills dealing with and understanding spreadsheets are essential.

This Personal Assistant must be proactive and organised, with the ability to work independently on tasks, from start to finish. They should be able to work under pressure, handling a wide variety of activities in line company’s best practice, and confidential matters with discretion.

The successful candidate will be resourceful and a confident communicator, as they must be capable of building rapport and relationships with colleagues and stakeholders alike.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, as well as knowledge document management systems. Knowledge of SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat is advantageous.

Experience of working within estate / property management or a professional services environment (i.e., financial or legal) where a high degree of technical language and numerical data is used would be extremely beneficial.

Hours: 9:15 – 17:30
