Overview

Areti has exclusively partnered with a brilliant financial services start-up that is urgently seeking a Senior PHP Developer to join them on a permanent basis.

You’ll be a key contributor to the development and enhancement of their software platform, which is currently undergoing a major migration to a modern architecture built on the Laravel framework. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex technical challenges. Start-up and financial services experience is highly desirable!

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development and enhancement of the software platform
• Lead or participate in migration projects to a Laravel-based architecture
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs
• Adopt TDD and unit testing practices
• Work with AWS infrastructure
• Collaborate with front-end teams (React, Angular or Vue)

Qualifications

• Proven experience with PHP and Laravel
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Strong commitment to TDD and unit testing
• Experience with AWS
• Front-end experience with React, Angular or Vue
• Start-up and financial services experience desirable
