Senior Software Engineer - Bradford / Hybrid - £50,000 to £65,000 DOE + Benefits

Are you ready to take ownership of projects, shape systems, and directly influence the growth of a business scaling towards £10m revenue?

We're working with a rapidly growing SME that has doubled revenue year on year and is now seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive the development of their bespoke CRM system. This is a pivotal role where you'll work directly with the Founder to remove bottlenecks, automate processes, and build simple, user-friendly solutions that underpin the company's next phase of expansion, including acquisitions and potential international growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborating with business teams to scope, design, and deliver new CRM functionality
  • Enhancing and extending existing systems (stock management, job scheduling, automation)
  • Documenting processes and ensuring solutions are clear and easy to use
  • Exploring opportunities for AI and automation to streamline operations

What we're looking for

  • Essential skills:
  • Symphony Framework
  • MySQL
  • PHP 8+
  • Tailwind CSS
  • JavaScript
  • Desirable:
  • Experience with AI plugins / automation
  • Background in SMEs or fast-paced growth environments
  • Exposure to stock management or job scheduling systems
