Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Planner, with a mix of home, office, and site working. The Senior Planner will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules, coordinating with project managers and teams to ensure timely delivery. Daily tasks include schedule production and maintenance, analysis of project performance, preparing progress reports, identifying constraints and potential delays, and proposing mitigation and avoidance strategies. They will also engage in project risk reviews and resource analysis, ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in project planning, scheduling, and control
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Primavera P6
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• QSRA experience (though training will be provided)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with project teams and stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in construction, transportation, energy, or similar sectors is beneficial
