£39,513 - £43,693 per year (pay award pending). This position is Full time and temporary for 12 months. We are seeking a motivated Senior Planning Officer to join our dynamic Planning and City Regeneration team in Swansea.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the sustainable development of one of Wales' most vibrant coastal cities, with major regeneration projects underway including the Swansea Central development, the Copr Bay district, and the Swansea Bay City Deal.

1 x Senior Planning Officer primarily processing Planning Applications (Full Time, temporary for 12 months) (£39,513 - £43,693 per year - pay award pending)

• Knowledgeable in planning legislation, policies, and enforcement procedures.
• Excellent communicators with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Organised, methodical, and able to manage a varied caseload.
• Comfortable working independently and making sound judgments.
