We are looking for a Senior Powerplant Consultant with Engine Shop Visit Management experience to come and join our extended team of Powerplant Consultants.

This is a remote, contractual role and not a full time employed role.

Essential Experience

We work with Senior Powerplant Consultants who are technically strong, commercially aware, and confident managing high-value engine programmes independently. You’ll bring:

• A senior-level background in Engine Fleet Management or Asset Management.
• Hands-on experience in Engine Shop Visit Management, including contract negotiation and workscope oversight.
• Exposure to airline, lessor and/or OEM environments.
• A solid understanding of lease redelivery, records compliance, and engine commercial risk.
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking, particularly in technical records reviews and back to birth trace builds.
  
  

• Engine Shop Visit Management.
• Pre-Purchase Inspections.
• Technical Records Reviews.
• Back-to-Birth Traceability & Records Pack Builds.
• BSI Support – including remote reviews and witnessing.
  
  

• Communicate clearly and proactively, especially when issues arise.
• Own their work, staying accountable to quality and timelines.
• Apply commercial awareness to technical challenges.
• Represent TGIS professionally to clients and stakeholders.
• Uphold high standards and work with integrity.
• Are comfortable working independently while staying aligned to our values and expectations.

• Effective communication with clients and TGIS leads throughout.
• Issues raised early, with practical solutions proposed.
• You are seen as a trusted, reliable expert by both TGIS and the client.
